Playing through this for a review at the moment. It’s the next instalment in the King’s Bounty series of part RPG, part strategy games. It’s one of those series that doesn’t get a lot of attention, but fans absolutely love it. I’ve been playing this morning for two hours or so, and should hopefully be able to write the review over the weekend.

I’ve never played one of these games before, so I’m excited to see first hand what it’s like, and to see whether I’ll become one of those hardcore fans. I saw it at Gamescom, where 1C gave a demo, but I didn’t get to play it. The review embargo is until the 26th October (the day it comes out), so I can’t tell you what I think of it just yet, but let’s just say that fans of the series so far will probably like this one.

If you are a fan of the series, feel free to give me some tips… I either missed the tutorial or there isn’t one, so I’m just blundering through at the moment…
